How and when did you first become interested in your field of study?

During my undergraduate study of accounting.

What made you decide to pursue a career in higher education?

A professor of accounting had a great influence on my life and career choice.

Why did you choose to be a part of the academic community at USF?

USF has a national reputation in accounting information systems, which is my specialty. It seemed like a natural fit.

What do you enjoy about teaching the students of USF?

The students at USF are hardworking, and very bright. Many of them hold down full time jobs and work on their degrees at night, in addition to balancing family responsibilities. I admire that work ethic.

What do you like about the university community?

Everything. USF is really making a name for itself nationally. I am proud to be part of such a fantastic school.
