About

The Office of Financial Management and Planning has oversight of E&G, Auxiliary, Concession, Foundation, and in-kind budgets for Academic Affairs. This oversight includes the following:

• Operating budgets
• Fund transfers
• Financial projections
• Cost/Benefit analysis
• Improvements to policies and procedures
• Compliance and risk management support
• Budget Reports

This office collaborates with both academic leaders and USF's COO, CFO and budget officers in the development, communication and implementation of innovative, responsive and high-quality financial and budget processes. This office also provides financial support that enables business decisions by vice presidents, deans, department chairs, directors, and faculty.
