About

Ralph Wilcox was appointed Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs at the University of South Florida, effective January 2008. He has served as Professor and Vice Provost at the University of South Florida since Fall 2003, with primary responsibilities in policy analysis, planning and performance. He served as USF’s principal liaison to the Florida Board of Governors and provided oversight for institution-wide strategic planning, enrollment planning, and legislative budget matters.
