Graham A. Tobin (Ph.D., University of Strathclyde, UK.) is Vice Provost for Strategic and Budget Planning at the University of South Florida. Responsibilities include: (1) USF System: Liaison with Board of Governors, Board of Trustees, Faculty Advisory Council; Health Science and Research Advisory Council; Finance and Audit Advisory Council; Strategic Planning; Legislative Affairs. (2) USF: Strategic and Budget Planning; Strategic Planning; Academic Planning and Oversight; Compact Planning; Audit and Compliance; Contracts and MOUs; Faculty Awards; Tuition and Fees; Student Technology Fees; Centers and Institutes; Faculty Senate Publications Council; Interdisciplinary Initiatives; Decision Support Liaison; Faculty Senate Liaison; Faculty Senate Executive Committee Liaison.
Dr. Tobin is also Professor of Geography, Environment and Planning in the College of Arts and Sciences with research specialties in natural hazards, water resources, and environmental management.
